About Hamburg

Home to 1.8 million people, Hamburg rose to prominence in the 1960s as a hotbed of musical talent and was instrumental in creating the first big break for The Beatles.

Considered Germany’s ‘Gateway to the World’, today the city serves as a major commercial hub and currently represents the country’s largest port, accessible by air, train, car, bus and boat. Outside the poker room, Hamburg boasts a wealth of cultural and sporting attractions, with a vast array of culinary options available across the city to satisfy all budgets.
