Coyne to develop customer vision across consumer brands

ONCHAN, Isle of Man – September 21, 2017 – Stars Interactive Group, the online gaming division of The Stars Group Inc. (Nasdaq: TSG; TSX: TSGI), today announced the appointment of Christopher Coyne as Chief Customer Officer.

Coyne will develop a holistic customer vision across all Stars Interactive Group online gaming brands and reinforce the company’s customer-focused values and culture. He will represent the customer across the business to help deliver the best service possible.

An experienced marketer, Coyne has more than nine years of online, mobile, land-based and social gaming experience. Immediately prior to joining Stars Interactive Group, from January 2014 to March 2017, Coyne served at Crown Resorts Limited as Chief Marketing Officer and founding Executive Board Member of CrownBet and DGN Games LLC. From October 2008 to January 2014, he served at Paddy Power plc. (now Paddy Power Betfair plc.), first as Head of eGaming and later as Head of and Head of Competitive Intelligence. Coyne’s previous roles also included serving as the Head of Propositions at British Telecom from 2006 to 2008, Head of Marketing at the John Lewis Partnership from 2004 to 2006, and in various senior roles from 1997 to 2004 at GE Capital.
