Amount won by Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier in the WSOP $10,000 2-7 Draw Lowball Championship event earlier this week. Mercier now has four WSOP bracelets and almost made it five on Wednesday night when he finished second at the final table of the $10,000 Seven Card Razz Championship. Mercier picked up another $168,936 for his runner-up finish and took his WSOP earnings to more than $3.8 million.

Team PokerStars SportStar and Brazilian football hero Neymar Jr created a bit of a stir by making an appearance at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas last weekend. He joined fellow Team PokerStars Pro members George Danzer, Andre Akkari and Felipe Ramos in a special, two-table WSOP Main Event. Not only did Neymar Jr crush the satellite and win the Main Event seat, he was also presented with an honorary WSOP bracelet. Unfortunately the football star’s schedule doesn’t allow him to play the Main Event.
