ONCHAN, Isle of Man – March 7, 2017 – The Sunday Storm celebrates its sixth anniversary on Sunday, March 19 at 13:00 ET with an enormous $1,000,000 prize pool, which guarantees $100,000 for the winner. The weekly tournament is one of the most popular offerings at PokerStars, an Amaya Inc. With direct buy-in only $11, the tournament will award the a first place guarantee of at least 9,000 times their entry fee. That $100,000 payout is approximately three times larger than the tournament’s regular weekly top payout.

Players can play their way to a seat for much less than $11 via a range of satellites, running online at PokerStars from today. In addition to the regular Storm Satellites, Sit & Go Shootout satellites are available from 6 StarsCoin.

Re-entry does not have to be immediate but it needs to be before the end of late registration. Upon re-entry, players will be treated as a new player entering the tournament field and will receive a new starting chip stack while being re-seated at a random table; the new buy-in will be added to the prize pool.
