Our Workday Reports & Integrations Analyst will work as part of the HR Tech Team and will provide assistance with HR Management Information and analytics, dashboard creation, integration development and improvement. They will help support project teams in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of new functionality.
Why we need you:
You will develop technical expertise in various Workday technologies, including but not limited to, the reporting and analytics framework. You will be part of the People Analytics Team and support the design, development, testing and deployment of new reports/integrations and help maintain existing integrations. You will help monitoring efficiency of reporting products, modify current reports, or operationalize new reports/methods as the need arises. In addition to that you will build and maintain standardised real-time dashboards displaying insights for HR and business leaders in a visually appealing manner. You will build appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed and provide assistance in monitoring and maintaining interfaces between Workday and other internal/external vendor systems. You will also support the team with release management review and testing, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities.
We are looking for someone who will keep up with market trends and tool innovations and investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing the automation of the reporting process
You will be expected to maintain the integrity of data in Workday, using attention to detail to help identify and investigate data anomalies and assist in rectifying root cause. You will also help the other systems under the HR Tech team remit.
Who are we looking for:
You will have Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office suite programs as well as excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability. You will be proficient in report writing with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, delivery and customer focussed. You need to be a self-starter with capability to manage and prioritise workload appropriately.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of People Systems and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, especially with geographically remote colleagues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively communicate with technology and business professionals is a must
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Education or a degree level or equivalent, in a STEM subject as well as previous experience working with Workday HCM experience, report writing and integrations or XML and XSLT experience. A working knowledge of SOAP, REST, web services, SQL, HR practices or system testing experience will be considered as an advantage.
