The role: VIP Senior Manager
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our VIP Account Management Team and join our rapidly growing VIP Management Department based in our Malta office.
Why we need you:
We are looking to build an industry leading VIP experience, where players do not want to play anywhere else. You will play a key role in helping the Stars Group to grow the VIP player segment while managing and supporting one of our Account Management units.
You will be responsible to lead our team of Account Managers and work together with the Department Leadership team to growth the value of the VIP Department. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an elite team responsible for our key players across poker, casino and sportsbook products and to ensure they receive a world-class experience.
You will gather feedback from your business unit and analyse business results to adjust rewards, experiences and communication preferences.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a person able to drive profitable growth by managing budgets efficiently and supporting the decision-making process in data analysis.
You would need to be a personal and sociable individual, who has experience managing teams within sales environments and is commercially focused and used to hitting targets. Experience with multiple gaming products will provide you with a good grounding to deal with the variety that this job has to offer.
You’ll need excellent organisational and project implementations skills and a strong data analysis experience.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
At least 2 years of experience managing teams in customer service or sales environments, a good knowledge of the gaming industry would be highly beneficial but not essential.
