The role: VIP Account Manager -

We are looking for a  VIP Account Manager to join our busy and diverse team based in our Malta service office.

Why we need you:-

You will be responsible for growing and monetising our VIP player segment, by building a more sales focused approach to our most valuable German customers. As part of this role, you’ll help build an industry leading VIP experience, where our players do not want to play anywhere else. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a group of 250+ VIP players and upsell poker, casino and sportsbook products to ensure our players receive a world-class experience.

This is the ideal next step for an Account Executive, fluent in German language skills to establish personal relationships with our players by getting to know our VIPs and recommending tailored rewards, experiences and communication preferences.

We are looking for a personal and sociable individual, who enjoys talking to people from all walks of life, who has experience working within sales and is commercially focused and used to hitting targets.

Who are we looking for:-

You’ll have a real passion for managing and hosting events with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a dynamic work environment. You’ll need strong social skills to establish effective relationships, as well as excellent organisational and project implementations skills

In addition, any experience with multiple gaming products to be able to talk the players language from types of game variants to poker slang will provide you with a good grounding to deal with the variety that this job has to offer.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience within a similar role in the gaming industry and additional European language skills would be desirable.
