The role: VIP Account Manager
We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to join our expanding VIP Management team, based in our Malta office.
Why we need you: -
We are looking to create an industry leading VIP experience, where players do not want to play anywhere else. You will play a key role in helping the Stars Group to grow and monetise the VIP player segment while managing and supporting a group of players.
You will be responsible for growing and monetising our VIP player segment, by building a more sales focused approach to our most valuable customers. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a group of players and upsell poker, casino and sportsbook products to ensure our players receive a world-class experience.
You will establish personal relationships with our players by getting to know our VIPs and recommending tailored rewards, experiences and communication preferences.
Who are we looking for: -
We are looking for a person able to drive profitable growth by managing budgets efficiently and supporting the decision-making process in data analysis.
You would need to be a personal and sociable individual, who enjoys talking to people from all walks of life, who has experience working within sales and is commercially focused and used to hitting targets. You’ll have a real passion for managing and hosting events with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
You’ll need strong social skills to establish effective relationships, as well as excellent organisational and project implementations skills. Experience in a role with similar responsibilities and capacities in the gaming industry is required. You should be fluent in one or more languages German, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Romanian, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Norwegian or Russian.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Experience of a similar role within an ecommerce environment is preferred. Other language proficiencies are beneficial.
