The Role: VIP Account Executive

We are looking for a VIP Account Executive to join our rapidly growing VIP Management team based in our Malta Office for a full-time role.

Why we need you:

We are looking to build an industry leading VIP experience, where players do not want to play anywhere else. You will play a key role in helping the Stars Group to grow the VIP player segment while managing and supporting a group of players.

You will be responsible for developing our VIP player segment, by building a highly individual approach to our most valuable customers. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a group of players, ensuring they receive a world-class experience in our poker, casino and sportsbook products.

You will establish personal relationships with our players by getting to know our VIPs and recommending tailored rewards, experiences and communication preferences.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a person able to drive profitable growth by managing budgets efficiently and supporting the decision-making process in data analysis.

You would need to be a personal and sociable individual, who enjoys talking to people from all walks of life, who has experience working within customer support and/or sales, is commercially focused and used to hitting targets. Experience with multiple gaming products and a strong Poker knowledge to be able to talk the players language from types of game variants to poker slang will provide you with a good grounding to deal with the variety that this job has to offer. Knowledge and experience in all three verticals, Casino, Poker and Sport is not essential but desirable.

You should be fluent in English and German is a preference but by no means necessary. Experience in the industry is highly desirable.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Experience of a similar role within an ecommerce environment is preferred. Strong excel skills and good knowledge of internal tools and procedures.
