There is a need for you to have a fundamental understanding of UCD and extensive experience as a UX practitioner embedding this within working processes with your product peers. You will have a strong desire to co-create (with customers and internal teams), and experience facilitating this type of collaboration. You’ll have a real passion for hands-on design, style guides and libraries. While also iterating on the UX deliverables and adapt these to the product, developer and research needs as the needs require.

Who are we looking for:-

Experience designing solutions for all channels (responsive and native) and being well versed in Axure/ Sketch and other UX/prototyping tools is important. As well as experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with designers, product manager and developers.

You’ll have working knowledge of front-end mobile and web technologies, while also having a real passion for the latest design tools, processes, and practices.
