The role: Technical Project Manager (Marketing)
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team, based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you: -
As part of this role, you will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of Marketing Operations projects. The types of projects include new template designs, new feature requests, new product developments, and more. You will work in close collaboration with many internal stakeholders across various teams in the business including CXD, Content, Design Studio, Mailer Publishing, Web Publishing, CMS Development, and Delivery Management.
You will be responsible for managing new feature, functionality, and design requests for Marketing Operations. You will also review current initiatives ensuring involvement and alignment across necessary teams and lead project post-mortems to ensure learnings are applied in subsequent future initiatives. You will take ownership of planning and scheduling of all internal and external Marketing Operations projects and provide the buffer between business stakeholders and Marketing Operations production teams.
Who are we looking for: -
We’re looking for a creative thinker who can generate and drive effective solutions with proven project management skills and experience. You should have a relevant marketing background with experience in a similar role within marketing teams.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Experience of using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence). Any experience working in a regulated industry.
