The role: 

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our busy and dynamic team in our Bulgaria office.

Why we need you:-

As Technical Product Manager you will work on one of the most critical areas of our new Global Sportsbook Trading Platform. You will be asked to make impactful decisions on the core of the product, working alongside the best product and technical professionals.

You will work with a product development team to set a roadmap, align everyone behind a common goal, to motivate and energise behind that goal; build a shared understanding of the product with the team. While also, discovering solutions using a deep knowledge of the platform, including researching regulatory and compliance needs, system dependencies and application programming interfaces (APIs).

You’ll work closely with Business Analysts on breaking down the roadmap into tactical tasks and have ownership of the backlog working with the Department Head of Product and internal stakeholders across International boundaries to ensure we maximise the return on our technology investment; aligning your roadmap with other squads and tribes.

You are required to convert business and customer requirements (both functional and non-functional) into user stories and acceptance criteria that technology teams can understand and act upon to iteratively build product features. As well as, collaborating and interacting with multi-disciplined development teams, whilst sharing the definition of the product and ensuring that there is a clear understanding of what is being delivered and a common understanding of the success criteria/goals.

You will have ownership of specific product features and services to deliver first class experiences, strong engagement and revenues. Whilst also needing to identify and understand both the technical and business changes which will be critical as part of delivery and rollout of product features. You’ll work without boundaries to ensure your product area delivers best-in-class features rapidly, to a high-quality and sustainably by utilising both product and business analysis skills.

In this role, we need you to be a role model demonstrating an analytical, experimental approach to solving problems and investigating opportunities. As well as, gathering, analysing and reporting on relevant data to measure the performance and value of product features to identify the features with the most customer and business value.

Who are we looking for:-

You to have strong business analysis skills, including communication of business requirements via user stories and appropriate diagramming techniques (qualifications in this area would be advantageous). An understanding of customer interactions and user journeys on transactional digital products and demonstrating a passion for continually improving customer experience is essential for this role. 

You will understand functional system architectures and how everything works together to deliver a cohesive customer experience. As well as, understanding the product management lifecycle / process within a lean / agile development methodology. The ability to simplify complex problems, processes, system interactions or projects into component parts and be able to explore and evaluate them systematically is important.

You’ll have the ability to understand cross functional business areas to elicit requirements and quickly comprehend business issues and technical challenges on a project. We need you to be naturally collaborative, with a desire to be part of a highly successful team rather than just a highly successful individual. You need to be able to effectively manage expectations of stakeholders and present options and recommendations. Whilst also working proactively to resolve project issues and mitigate project risks.

You’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and comfortable operating at all levels of an organization. As well as, proven knowledge of problem solving, providing creative solutions and working in multidisciplinary teams.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience in Sportsbook product development is a strong advantage, as is a background in the gaming industry.
