We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey office.

Why we need you:

The Stars Group are seeking an experienced Team Administrator, to join our Executive Support team. You will act as the Team Administrator for FOX Bet, you’ll serve as the central point of contact and support to our FOX Bet Team. Therefore, this role requires you to work successfully in a team environment and build effective relationships with other Assistants throughout the organization.

We are looking for someone who is bright and motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. This role requires the ability to complete high volumes of tasks.

In this role, we’ll look for you to:

  • Provide executive-level support, including; diary management, meeting scheduling, travel co-ordination & maintaining accurate files.
  • Manage the co-ordination of contracts and payments on behalf of the team & maintaining excellent records.
  • In preparation for meetings, book rooms on and offsite, ensure video conferencing facilities are available and include any materials required for the meeting.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of Team Offsite / Summits
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with third parties and key contacts.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute, highlighting any action points that need to be delivered.
  • Liaise with management team and people within the business
  • Work with internal and external contacts on a day-to-day basis, including Executives and board members.
  • Assist and take the lead with general ad hoc projects.

Who are we looking for:

You’ll have strong relevant experience working as a team administrator. Most likely, you’ve worked as an Executive Assistant in a large corporate environment. You’ll understand how publicly listed companies work and you’ll be able, and confident, in navigating a highly matrixed organization.

You’ll be extremely discrete and able to handle situations with sensitivity, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You’ll be able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels both internally and externally. You will of course be detail orientated and deadline driven. You’ll have demonstrable experience with MC Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and related programs.

You can expect to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work. You’ll need to work independently and can work flexibly as often need to work long and unsocial hours at short notice.
