The role: Team Administrator – Executive Support

We are looking for a Team Administrator – Executive Support to join our busy and dynamic People team in our Isle of Man office.

Why we need you:-

As Team Administrator you will provide a range of administration services to the Executive support team and senior directors within the Group. The role offers insight into several key areas of the business and will present multiple paths for potential development.

Your main focus will be on a project piece to centralise the management of processing and tracking across two of our systems (IPOS – Accounts, CROS – Legal). From a daily administration point of view you will be responsible for:

  • General administration support to Executive Management Team
  • Processing of expenses on behalf of directors
  • Booking flights, Hotels and general travel requirements
  • Assist in the arrangements of offsite meetings (planning and logistics)
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms and organize catering for lunch meetings
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Process invoices and maintain electronic record of invoices
  • Adhoc projects and duties that may be required from time to time

Who are we looking for:-

You will have previous experience in an office administration or business support role. With strong command of the English language. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Whilst also, having a flexible and professional attitude.

You are required to be able to multitask and work as a team player, consistently delivering high quality levels of services. As well as, having strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience working within the eGaming sector is desirable.
