The role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12 month contract)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12 month contract) to join our busy and dynamic Talent Acquisition team in our Leeds office.

Why we need you:-

You will work closely with the rest of the team and hiring managers supporting in the recruitment process, by administering the arrangement of interviews, administration and a variety of projects globally. This year our team expects to hire in excess of 1300 people and you will play a key role in this.

You’ll be working with the other Talent Acquisition Coordinators to deliver a five-star, world leading candidate experience. We measure our success through key ratios in the team and providing a first-class experience is crucial to achieving this.

When working with hiring managers you will provide the best in class experience of the hiring process working with the rest of the team to achieve this. You will have ownership of the arranging candidates through testing, phone interview and Skype/face to face interview liaising with the relevant Talent Acquisition Specialist on any queries.

You will be required to carry out administration tasks around the recruitment process to ensure smooth running of the various stages. You’ll also work across the team on cutting edge projects to further develop the business unit and its offerings.

Who are we looking for:-

You will have a passion for customer service with a positive and proactive approach. You’ll be a solution lead problem solver, with the ability to foster strong relationships with employees of all levels with your excellent interpersonal skills.

You will have the ability to multi-task and prioritise busy workloads while providing a consistently high level of services delivery. We are looking for you to have strong IT skills and an affinity to work with new technology is crucial.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Relevant office experience, working in a human resource, talent acquisition recruitment role or being degree educated is desirable. Experience working in a technology, marketing or gaming business is also a plus.
