We are looking for a systems integration analyst to join our busy and diverse team based in our Richmond Hill, Toronto service office.

Why we need you:

You will work with system infrastructure and application configuration. You’ll configure, deploy, and take on applications in all company’s verticals. You will monitor system component health and performance. You will maintain multiple environments in QA and Production along with working with other teams on application and deployment requirements.

Who are we looking for:

You’ll be focusing on application configuration, deployment, restarts, monitoring and troubleshooting so you’ll have technical expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems and networking.

You’ll be automating routine and verification operations along with communicating with developers and BSA to clarify their requirements to enable you to build new environments and configure applications so you’ll need effective communication and self-organising skills.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar is ideal along with having strong analytical and problem-solving skills as you’ll work with systems engineers and DBA on miscellaneous IT infrastructure projects.

You’ll have proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python along with hands-on experience with orchestration tools (Jenkins, etc.). You’ll also have programming experience in Python, Java, C++ is an advantage. Experience with configuration management tools (Saltstack, etc) is a plus.
