Sportsbook Operational Specialist - French

We are looking for an enthusiastic sports person to join our BetStars team. You will work closely with the Sports team every day in order to provide operational escalation, analysis and reporting.

Why we need you:

This role focuses on monitoring and quality assurance of the BetStars site performance in real-time. You’ll have on-duty responsibility for product and ensure our offer is in compliance with Arjel. You’ll also need to handle critical issues and act as a main point of contact for the Group’s Trading and Support/Operations teams.

You’ll be raising and reporting on emergency and time-critical Sports issues along with being a key liaison point to third party service desk and support services. You’ll need to monitor and report on third party SLA performance along with provide real-time product quality assurance review and reporting to Group Management.

On top of this, you’ll be assisting the other Sports operational teams (Trading and Product) with regulated procedures and on-going operational duties as well as executing regular quality assurance checks across our site.

Who are we looking for:

You’ll need to have a strong French centric sports knowledge for this role and a real passion for various sports. Quality focus and attention to detail is essential for this role as you’ll be working alongside the BetStars team to publish promotions on our site.

Experience within an operations environment or proven efficiency within an operational (day-to-day) role is a key element for this role as well as experience working with Office applications (Words, Excel) and the ability to function as a self-starter with emphasis on getting thing done with focus on efficiency. Fluency in English and French is needed as you’ll be monitoring the “French” Sportsbook offer.

Flexibility to work shifts and weekends is critical.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Operations experience within a French sportsbook environment, trading or sports betting experience is also desirable when applying for the role. Experience in an agile or data-oriented environment is beneficial however not essential.
