The role: Sportsbook CRM Manager – Italy

We are looking for a Sportsbook CRM Manager – Italy to join our Sportsbook team, based in our Malta office.

Why we need you: -

Reporting to the Department Head of CRM Sports. You will work on all Sportsbook CRM and promotions for the regions - content, promotional execution, communications, and results within the allocated region. You will be responsible for implementing the Group’s Sportsbook CRM strategy for regions to include all programs such as cross sell, onboarding, welcome, conversion, retention, cross sell, upsell, churn prevention, reactivation, and winback.

You will coordinate all Italian CRM activities with Central CRM team. Working with the central CRM team to come up with global promotional activities you will deliver selected global CRM activities through all stages from concept to delivery. You will develop and deliver test plans to ensure best practice communication, optimal budget spend and positive ROI on all campaigns.

Working independently to identify and deliver untapped CRM potential. You will provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers. As part of your role, you will manage a number of key cross-business relationships.

Working with BI to develop and implement various propensity and segmentation models you will provide ongoing analysis of the region’s customer base; report and act according to findings. Monitoring the Sportsbook CRM costs in the region and ensure constant reporting on ROIs. You will own the localisation of our sports offering to serve our Italian speaking customers and develop the Italian team, both direct reporting and any centrally managed roles that impact the region.

Who are we looking for: -

We are looking for a fluent English and Italian speaker with knowledge and understanding of the online gaming and Sportsbook industry in Italy. You will need relevant experience in CRM but preferably in online gaming or sportsbook and be highly analytical / quantitative, data based problem solving and optimization, especially customer segmentation.

You should have experience working in a multi-channel, multi-brand and/or vertical environment and a proven ability to take ownership of all aspects of a promotion from a conception to completion. Any qualifications and/or equivalent experience in general marketing, would be advantageous.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

Previous CRM Sportsbook experience in regional market or content and/or localisation experience is desirable.
