Job Purpose

The role requires someone with a strong data analysis background. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and testing for operational areas including customer support payments, security (identifying behaviour indicative of fraud) and customer support

The role will require data collection from various internal databases, data clean-up / processing, creating summaries and visualizations and working with product managers and Operations stakeholders to create specifications for production systems and reporting needs.

This role requires someone with a background in statistical data analysis using methodologies and  tools.

Other responsibilities will include responding to ad-hoc data and analysis requests, general regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders and product managers create reports, provide necessary data and actionable insights
  • Identify appropriate data points, collect data from multiple systems, analyse data integrity
  • Develop visualizations, analyse and summarise results for senior business stakeholders
  • Present findings from analysis to stakeholders

Skills and Capabilities


  • Excellent knowledge of SQL
  • Current experience with statistical analysis gained from either working in an analytics role or from rigorous academic projects
  • Experience with dashboard tools (Microstrategy, Tableau)
  • Proven ability to manage large and complex data sets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work within a team or individually


  • Knowledge of Statistical tools/packages (Knime, Python, R)
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms/techniques
  • Knowledge of Customer Support, Payments, Security or Operational Practices
  • Experience with scripting from command line interfaces
  • Degree in STEM area or related experience
  • Experience in a 24/7 global environment
  • Experience in gaming
  • DB2 experience
