THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Production Project Manager to join our team, based in Los Angeles. This role will report in to the VP Production (Creative), and will have responsibility for the overall management, and delivery of ALL FOX Bet creative.

YOUR DAY TO DAY TASKS WILL FOCUS ON:

  • Creative deliverables intake and management
  • Manage creative team delivery plan and consistently follow-up to ensure deliverables are on track
  • Be the point person for all new deliverables entering the creative team workflow
  •  Meet with key partners to ensure projects are clearly defined
  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to assess and reassess project priorities
  • Assist creative team in capturing necessary assets including copy, photography, videography, swatches, and samples
  • Assist VP Creative with management of external agencies for seasonal campaigns
  • Manage, update, and maintain all creative team assets and manage creative internal/office work
  • Send regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status
  • Celebrate wins and be an evangelist for the creative team
  • Foster increased collaboration with key departments
  • Scope out work and build and own project calendars
  • Budget management, Invoicing, Payroll

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Varied educational backgrounds may apply.
  • 5+ years of professional experience working experience in related field working in-house creative studio or agency, in a project coordinator or trafficker role.
  • Knowledge of the gambling & gaming industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Formal project management training
  • Working knowledge of project management tools
  • Strong design sensibility and enjoys working with creatives
  • Strong communication skills
  • A creative eye and willingness to contribute ideas and opinions to project work
  • Highly organised and process oriented
  • Naturally collaborative
