The role: Senior Manager - Human Resources
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our busy and dynamic People Services team in our Bulgaria service office.
Why we need you:-
You will have ownership across key areas in our Bulgaria office, being talent development, talent management, employee relations, engagement and employee experience, compensation and benefits and team collaboration. You’ll coach and lead local HR related matters/ projects and provide expert knowledge to the team on various topics including legislative requirements, change management processes, consultative approaches and best practice initiatives.
You will understand the talent needs in the business units locally and support the Talent Acquisition team in resource planning for the local business units. You will work with the Talent team to ensure that employer brand is relevant in line with the local market. You’ll provide trusted advice to people and leaders on company HR policies and practices and support/guide business leaders on ad hoc requirements.
You’ll need to ensure that local policy and practices are updated and in line with local legislation and handle all complex employee relations matters, understanding when HR intervention is required. You will own the people induction and on boarding programme and design/deliver practical development programmes to support the people management capabilities of the leader community.
You will keep up to date with the local market with regards to how we benchmark roles and feeding this back to our Reward team. You’ll liaise with our central Payroll team to ensure timely and effective communication of all pay/benefits related items. You’ll drive continuous improvement on effective HR practices to ensure effective service delivery and encourage flexible thinking in team to support our forward-thinking business approach.
Who are we looking for:-
You will demonstrate a progressive career path to Senior Human Resources Manager level, with experience with multiple responsibilities, from high operational requirements to strategic priorities. You’ll have in-depth experience dealing with a wide variety of complex employee relations issues with demonstrable experience of successfully partnering with our customers across all levels, including executive board.
You’ll have strong problem-solving capabilities using critical thinking to get to the root cause of problems and strong commercial awareness. You will have the ability to challenge business leaders on change processes considering the implications/impact on others. You will be adaptable and flexible in nature, changing your style of approach to suit various scenarios.
You will have experience leading a HR team in partnership with the business and proven influencing skills, particularly at senior level. You’ll have a positive and proactive approach and be an inspirational leader and coach. You will have experience collaborating with diverse teams at Group level and be a clear, confident communicator.
You’ll have the ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and changing industry fundamentals. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build strong/effective relationships with internal customers at all levels with a consultative approach. You will inspire trust from others, be decisive.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:-
Experience working in technology/gaming or contact centre environment and working within a multinational company is desirable. Knowledge of employment law in Bulgaria/other relevant jurisdictions and experience in a dual-site role is a plus. Being degree qualified and proficient in Workday or other HR Systems is also desirable.
