Why we need you: -

Working within the Performance Marketing department on the Advertising Operations team, The Stars Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Advertising Operations to help manage, plan, design and execute the digital marketing strategy and to drive acquisition for all The Stars Group real money verticals. Managing a sub-team consisting of two reports focussed on performance through campaign set-up, execution and optimisation, the Senior Manager, Advertising Operations will be responsible for helping drive the Group’s growth goals through applicable digital channels. 


Who are we looking for: -

You will be managing the execution, reporting and performance of; approved global display, mobile and video campaigns, bursts, tests and always on activities for The Stars Group verticals, brands and products on the Advertising Operations marketing team. You’ll also manage day to day campaign trafficking and reporting, working closely with the Media Planning & Buying and Programmatic teams to optimise use of available platforms including (but not limited to) data management platforms (DMP/CDP), programmatic (demand side platforms), ad servers (including DCO), tag management, direct ad networks, mobile measurement partners, trade desks, ad verification suppliers etc

 

We are looking for you to act as the knowledge hub for the DMP and own the daily operations including regular and opportunistic data capture, creation and management of audience segments and maintenance of data integrations with marketing platforms including DSPs, DCO, MMPs. You will also be part of the audience planning process in major campaigns across key markets, proposing technical and creative solutions to meet campaign requirements.

 

Working closely with the Technical Product team you’ll ensure best-in-class tracking and measurement processes and work closely with our Business Intelligence team to design measurement, tests, and optimization to evaluate and drive success of the digital platform.

 

You’ll play a key part in driving the creativity and innovation in the display channel, recommending new adoptions of technology, campaign execution methodologies, creative formats, vendors, or any other areas worth exploring to deliver on objectives.

 

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

Past experience within the gaming industry as you will look after the real gaming verticals of SportsBook, Casino and Poker.
