The role: Senior Creative Producer
We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join our rapidly growing Stars Creative team, based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you: -
We are an in-house creative agency producing global and local branded content, including long form programming, live streams and short form social content, for the Stars Group’s main verticals (Poker, Casino and Sports) across TV and digital platforms.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Video Creative, your role will involve managing and overseeing the production of core departmental output, including short form programming, social media content and promotional videos. You will build and manage relationships with all verticals and internal clients, creating and delivering content to their briefs.
You will create storyboards and treatments based on internal and external briefs. You will also be involved in researching new content and programming ideas and innovations and reviewing department output and editorial brainstorming.
You will be responsible for managing, attending and directing shoots on location in the UK and abroad and maintaining relationships with external suppliers. Your role will involve reviewing competitor output and viewing trends and supporting the development of new content for the digital space with a strong focus on mainstream audiences. You will also work closely with the Social Analytics team to inform content ideation and strategies.
Who are we looking for: -
A natural leader and team player, with strong editorial skills, an excellent critical eye, and a vast knowledge of the digital content landscape. A forward-thinking creative, with a passion for making unique content that keeps our brands ahead of the curve. You need to be well organised, and an excellent communicator – both written and verbal – with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage key stakeholders to deliver on their requirements.
You should be a hands-on individual, with experience of producing short form video content, and the ability to conceptualise, discuss and present marketing ideas. You should be competent in the use of Adobe software, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
A proven track record in format development and production. Experience within the gaming sector, plus a knowledge of, or passion for poker, would be desirable.
