The role: Senior Content Manager

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Marketing Communications team, based in Leeds.

Why we need you: -

We need you to create, plan, project-manage and execute high-quality global content assets on the Stars Group web estate and other channels, across our three verticals of Poker, Casino and Sports. You will ensure that all content assets are regularly maintained and updated, so that content is always accurate, relevant and fresh. These activities will be driven by standards you set on terminology, structures, content guidelines etc.

Working with the assistance of a team of Content Managers and Copywriters, your role involves delivering new content all the way from the strategy/planning stage to publication, liaising with stakeholders, in collaboration with other teams like Studio, Localisation and Publishing along the way.

With the team working primarily on new promotions and new product/pro launches, you will have direct contact with various other teams to ensure web content, promotional messaging are also delivered consistently across all other forms of player communications, including in-client messaging, client news, mailers and SMS marketing channels.

You will be responsible for creation and management of content for all new promotions and launches across the web estate and other player communications channels within a well-defined framework. You will strive to find ways to innovate with effective content strategies and delivery and improve all areas of content.

Who are we looking for: -

We are looking for a marketing communications professional with a solid background in content creation, content management and project management. You will need to be a good team player with excellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to work to strict deadlines coupled with excellent attention to detail able to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

Extensive experience in a content management position with people management responsibilities, preferably from a multi-national, multi-language operating company.  Additional language skills are highly desirable.  Affinity with gaming and the product we offer is a bonus.
