The role: Senior Casino Research & Reporting Manager
We are looking for a Senior Casino Research & Reporting Manager to join our rapidly growing PokerStars Casino team, based in our Dublin office.
Why we need you:
We need you to provide key insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Operations to help maximise revenue for PokerStars Casino. You will play a key role in researching the online Casino industry (and the wider gaming market), initiating player surveys, and analysing Casino reports to spot trends and opportunities.
You will be responsible for helping to build and executing the approved Casino strategy for research across various disciplines (customers, markets, competitors). You will take an active part in the strategic planning for the vertical by adding the research dimensions and will act as a Casino focal point for BI, Group Research and other relevant central teams.
As part of your role, you will oversee customer research and understanding, including NPS survey, and derive conclusions and recommendations for PokerStars Casino. Your role will involve keeping an up to date pack of key competitors marketing activities, promotions, product offering and new releases, and provide monthly competitor news updates.
Working with BI teams, you will help establish a yearly plan with clear disciplines and defined projects. You will analyse Casino reports to spot trends and opportunities and will work closely with Casino Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver actionable insights and improvements.
You will help identify new opportunities and innovation initiatives for Casino in line with the group’s objectives and provide strategy recommendations. Understanding general tech trends and sharing these with the group to help keep pushing the development beyond gaming and ensure ad-hoc projects, presentations and reports are delivered on time, and satisfy business requirements.
Who are we looking for:
An experienced a real money online gaming professional, ideally with knowledge of the online Casino industry and broader technology sectors. We are looking for someone with proven and demonstrable experience gained within a similar role in a tier one company. You will need understanding of the with data driven and general analytical experience and practical and provide actionable insights able to challenge the status quo and work well with multiple stakeholders.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Experience in marketing or similar areas and/or social gaming knowledge.
