The role: Senior Casino Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Senior Casino Acquisition Manager to join our fast-growing Casino team based in our Dublin service office.

Why we need you:-

To be responsible for the overall Casino customer user journey and acquisition. This is a data heavy role which requires the profound understanding of digital marketing. The primary targets of the specialist will be user journey, onboarding and conversion of Casino customers. You’ll monitor daily and report on user acquisition campaigns’ metrics, as well as oversee the CPA and conversion rates. You’ll map the Casino customer user journey and onboarding scenarios, defining blockers and come out with the specific tactics that address them.

This role will require very close collaboration with the central functions such as BI, Performance Marketing and Central CRM. You’ll report on acquired cohorts retention rates, engagement metrics, ARPU and revenue in dynamics. Identify payback periods and longer term ROI of the acquisition campaigns. Working on the multi-channel attribution and build channel specific and country specific acquisition models.

Who are we looking for:-

We are looking for a highly numerate and analytical individual with an excellent understanding of digital marketing. Experienced working in iGaming, free-to-play gaming business or ecommerce in a user acquisition or user analytics role is essential.

You’ll need experience of analysing data and reporting on promotional performance and knowledge of google analytics and advertising platforms. You should have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor the dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences and take ownership of projects working alone with little or no supervision.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience of general marketing. Experience from working in a Live Dealer / Online Casino environment. Additional language is desirable. Preferably German, Spanish, or any of the Scandinavian languages.
