We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our FOX Bet marketing team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role will be responsible for managing customers through their lifecycle as a FOX Bet customer, as we aim to become their first-choice destination for sports betting. This will be achieved by planning targeted and impactful campaigns, delivered across a range of different promotions and media.

The role

The Senior CRM Manager is a critical customer facing role. Your primary focus is on managing customers through their early stages as a FOX Bet customer through to seeing us as their first choice App for Sports Betting. This is achieved by planning a targeted and impactful suite of campaigns, delivered across a range of different promotions and media.

Your day to day tasks will focus on reviewing and analysing current campaigns, turning test results into to tangible performance improvements through the CRM funnel. You will plan forthcoming campaigns, setting strategies, budgets & targets focussed on life stage graduation and customer yield targets. Working closely with the creative team to deliver new briefs and analysis to drive continuous improvement in creative performance, Ensuring smooth campaign execution and delivery across a range of channels. You will work closely with all marketing channel owners and 3rd party partners to ensure high performance.

Who are we looking for: -

  • An experienced Digital Marketer who has worked in D2C CRM environment before. Good knowledge of mobile CRM activities including Push Notification.
  • A highly organised and analytical individual, with clear ideas on what good CRM looks like and keen to evolve the model into new media formats
  • An excellent communicator who can collaborate easily with all sections of the marketing department and wider FOX Bet team
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • A passion for sports is desirable
