We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our busy and fast-growing Sports Development team based in our Bulgaria service office.

As part of the Global Sports Betting Platform tribe, you will assist in analyzing the needs of the business and to facilitate the communication between business-oriented stakeholders and the development teams in order to successfully support business objectives. You can demonstrate superb communication and organization skills. Multitasking and the ability to meet strict deadlines are also are essential for success. You will collaborate with business users to better understand business processes, gather business requirements, evaluate concepts, and present solutions. You will communicate and clarify requirements between the different stakeholders.
You are going to be responsible for the creation and update of product-related documentation. You will document all technical requirements needed for development and testing. The main product backlog will be maintained by you.
Your role will be to support the communication flow between software developers and product stakeholders. You will integrate the customer’s perspective and provide feedback. You will balance multiple stories, product and feature demands, and follow through on deliverables. We like to keep it simple and agile principles work best for us so it`ll be good if you have experience working in a Tribe/Squad environment.
