The role: Reward Partner

We are looking for a Reward Partner to join our busy and dynamic Reward team in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you:-

As Reward Partner you will support the day to day operations of our global Reward & Benefits programs, focusing particularly within the UK. Key areas include assisting in the development and implementation of new benefit packages, ensuring these are current and competitive and in line with local legal requirements. You will be identifying and determining the causes of reward and benefits issues and develop recommendations for improvement. As well as, management of the relationships with all benefit providers and brokers and involvement in the negotiations processes for renewals and purchase of new benefits.

You’ll support the compensation / job evaluation process ensuring roles are accurately graded and regular reviews of salary data is conducted. This will include continually reviewing competitor salaries and remuneration packages to ensure we remain competitive in our markets. In addition, you will play a key role in the global performance management process and delivery of the global annual salary review and bonus process. You’ll also have the opportunity for involvement in many other Reward / People projects including developing and delivering training on the above areas.

We need someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who can manage multiple projects at a time.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

A developed experience working within the area of Reward with strong UK based knowledge.

It is important to have an in-depth knowledge of current Reward trends, excellent communication skills and strong numeric ability. Be able to cope with ever changing priorities, meet deadlines and deal with high volume workload while delivering high quality, accurate work.
