The role: Research Analyst

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you:

Working in our Consumer and Market Understanding function you'll be delivering in depth customer analysis and competitor intelligence to support the businesses commercial performance and competitive position within the i-gaming industry.

As a Research Analyst you would be responsible for bringing insight and intelligence to life within The Stars Group International business. You will be the champion of our customers, both existing and potential, ensuring that the business uses the latest cutting-edge research methodologies and listening tools in place.

You will also provide best in class customer insight, and will become the customer evangelist, making sure the customer is at the heart of business discussions, decisions and output. As well as supporting our existing NPS programme, you will champion a variety of customer insight tools and deliver ongoing research activity such as brand tracker surveys.

Who are we looking for:

We're looking for a full range of research skills including qualitative, quantitative, desk and secondary and for you to be able to identify commercial opportunities. You'll require strong analytical and report writing skills. We are looking for you to make a meaningful difference to our organisation by presenting your research so you will require strong interpersonal skills.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Previous i-gaming industry experience and the use of statistical packages such as SPSS would be an advantage however not essential.
