We are looking for a QA Casino Games Tester join our busy and dynamic team based in our Richmond Hill, Toronto Office.

Why we need you: 

You’ll be a QA Casino Games Tester who will test our casino software to ensure integrated casino game releases free of bugs. We’ll be looking for you to analyze casino games ‘rules to identify different game scenarios and game play flows. You’ll execute the agreed set of test cases and document testing results whilst also identifying defects, minimizing steps to replicate bugs and logging concise and detailed issues into a defect tracking tool.

You can expect to test fixed issues to assure any bugs are verified as fixed. In addition to this, you’ll work closely with game vendors’ development and QA teams to reproduce, prioritize and monitor defects. Another aspect we’ll look for you to deliver is providing test status updates to your QA lead and project manager.

Who are we looking for: 

You’ll have extensive experience in software testing, with exposure to client/server distributed systems or e-commerce applications testing, Web Applications testing, and cross-browser testing on Windows 7/8/10 OS, MAC and mobile devices. We’ll want you to be experienced in mobile applications testing on iOS and Android platforms, desktop applications on WIN and MAC and have knowledge of testing methodologies and familiarity with Software Development lifecycle. You’ll be able to find the steps that will reproduce the defect and write clearly and accurately by using bug tracking software (JIRA).

In terms of you as a person, we’re keen for you to be a team player able to show strong communication skills (including effective communication with remote teams), analytical thinking, exceptional planning and time organizing skills. You should be able to work independent on assigned tasks.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: 

Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and communications, understanding SQL statements, familiarity with web debugging tools (fiddler, Charles, etc) and technologies, online gaming knowledge and experience
