We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic Business Intelligence team in our Isle of Man office.

Why we need you:-

You will be working closely with the Senior Director of Data & Analytics and the team to ensure that any required meetings have necessary material, while owning task deadlines and maintaining awareness. You will also provide a short briefing every morning on the priority tasks for completion and collate information on daily team activity to ensure the executive is updated on the departmental movements.

You’ll work with stakeholders to agree priority of different analytical projects and ensure that they are informed of the projects progress either directly or through regular reports. Ensuring that the team are aware of various deadlines, through regular reporting and team meetings.

You will be required to compile and prepare any required reports or presentations such as objectives and key results (OKRs). A small proportion of your time will be spent organising meetings, filing expenses and arranging travel for the senior team.

Who are we looking for:-

You will have previous experience working in a high-pressure environment while delivering a high quality of work and able to display excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will have the ability to work with others on project timelines to ensure delivery and be able to organise conflicting requests and priorities while working with the necessary stakeholders and analytical team leaders.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience working in project management, analytics or have the PRINCE2 qualification. Knowledge of the online gaming industry is desirable, as is advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
