The role: Poker CRM Specialist – Worldwide

We are looking for a Poker CRM Specialist – Worldwide to join our rapidly growing Poker CRM team, based in our Malta office.

Why we need you:

You will be responsible for development and execution of poker promotions and communications across the entire PokerStars brand. You will manage the poker promotions calendar (worldwide and regionally) and oversee the agreed promotional budget.

You will develop worldwide marketing campaigns, including promotional mechanics and brand and visual identity, and will deliver frontline CRM support for all other marketing activities.  In addition to this, you will contribute to the overall poker promotions strategy across the PokerStars brand, including PokerStars Live (our live events tours), high profile online events, and product launches.

Working within the Poker CRM team you will develop the worldwide promotional strategy for Group management approval. You will help develop and execute new promotional concepts across all PokerStars licences. You will manage a pre-approved significant poker promotional budget, monitor, plan and forecast for approval.

As part of your role, you will, monitor and report on KPIs across a comprehensive set of performance metrics, and deploy promotions that will boost performance for all markets. You will be responsible for following and reporting on competitor activity, and deploy promotions that will compete effectively.  Acting as a figurehead for providing CRM expertise to non-CRM functions across the business and will ensure all activities are carried out on-brand and to a high standard.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a person with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of poker and the online and live poker industries, together with an excellent understanding of CRM theory and execution and an understanding of global marketing campaign strategy and execution. You should have experience with CRM channels. Any experience in product and/or project management is helpful.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Knowledge of the product development process with an articulation to write business requirements for development.
