The role: Poker CRM Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Poker CRM Communications Specialist to join our rapidly growing Poker CRM team, based in our Malta office.

Why we need you:-

You will be responsible for the development and execution of the Group’s poker CRM communications strategy across the entire PokerStars brand.  You will manage the poker communications calendar (worldwide) and oversee both strategic and tactical CRM communications tasks. As well as helping the Group to develop its strategy, this role includes delivery and execution of tactical tasks.

Working within the global Poker CRM team to help develop the poker player communications strategy. You will identify great content and messaging opportunities to poker players, both promotional and non-promotional. You will help develop and execute the Group’s player communication strategy for live and online poker events.

You will also develop and following approval, execute new communication concepts (personalised infographics, live content, event-driven communications, etc). Monitoring and reporting on KPIs across a comprehensive set of performance metrics, execute a/b testing and deploy communications that will boost performance.

You will be responsible for following and reporting on competitor activity, and deploying communications that compete effectively and ensure all activities are carried out on-brand and to a high standard.

Who are we looking for:-

We are looking for a person with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of poker and the online and live poker industries, together with an excellent understanding of CRM theory and execution and an understanding of global marketing campaign strategy and execution. You should have experience with CRM channels; email, popups, push notifications (web and app), interstitials and experience with communication tools such as strongmail, urban airship, etc. Any experience in product and/or project management is helpful.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Knowledge of the product development process with an articulation to write business requirements for development. Language skills are desirable, but not necessary
