The role: Payments Product Manager

We are looking for a Payments Product Manager to join our busy and dynamic Payment Product Management team in our Bulgaria service office.

Why we need you:-

You will work closely with designers and development teams to identify, define and deliver cashier platform products and features. You’ll also understand and be tuned into customer needs and behaviours and steer the product experience to address these. You will also create product functional specifications in accordance with business objectives and own the project through software development and testing.

You’ll prepare and maintain product documentation, for distribution within the team and stakeholders and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, sharing new developments and obtaining feedback and/or signoff as required. You will have a strong focus on KPIs (key performance indicators) and will factor in, understand, monitor and initiate investigations/analysis when performance targets are not met.

You will have ownership of the cashier feature configurations and project manage any new release deployments. You’ll initiate and project manage multi-variant testing and work closely with the payments methods team and the business development team on the payment methods offering within the Cashier. You will also work closely with operations and other internal teams to plan, deploy and manage live assistance within the Cashier.

Who are we looking for:-

You will have relevant experience working in product management in the financial services industry or similar and a degree in business or a technical discipline. You’ll have the ability to take ownership of and prioritise high volumes of responsibilities autonomously without delays in deliverables.

You’ll have knowledge of software development lifecycles, multiple development styles and methodologies with a strong interest and aptitude in defining business requirements for software development. You will be comfortable working with and analysing data to create meaningful insights.

You will have excellent communication, relationship management and attention to detail skills with strong customer services skills. You’ll have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and have a can-do attitude.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience working with regulatory frameworks and compliance, as well as experience/qualification in project management is desirable. Having experience working with Google Analytics, Microstrategy, Grafana, Jira and Confluence is also a plus.
