The role: Paid Social Campaign Manager (Casino)
We are looking for a Paid Social Campaign Manager (Casino) to join our busy and dynamic Performance Marketing team based in Leeds service office.
Why we need you: -
You will be responsible for the implementation, analysis and optimisation of global paid social campaigns for the groups real money brand across multiple social channels. The role will require you to take care of day-to-day advertising campaign management and execution across social media channels, re-evaluating and optimising campaigns with a data driven approach to deliver on agreed campaign KPIs and targets.
You will ideate, develop and execute pre-approved, ground breaking, paid social campaigns for apps and websites with the aim of growing new customer acquisition, reactivation and retention to The Stars Group's market leading products ensuring the efficient delivery of the strategy within the parameters set by Group management.
You'll lead the implementation of Group management approved activities, with pre-set budgets and you will handle the day to day relationships with our internal teams such as creative studio, BI and vertical stakeholders to drive performance via sophisticated paid social marketing channels, whilst liaising with major social platforms to identify new growth opportunities to be recommended to Group management.
As part of your role, you will collaborate with teams across the Group to influence and implement initiatives that will promote the Group’s products to current and potential customers, ensuring efficiency in integrated cross channel campaigns. Recommending and supporting the implementation of new innovative marketing technology to generate campaign management efficiency and help maintain and grow direct response marketing as well as participate with integrated campaign planning and campaign executions for awareness, consideration and acquisition. You will initiate plans to test creative, messaging, user journeys and targeting to optimise performance continually.
Who are we looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have 3 years’ hands on experience- working in Paid Social platforms through execution, analysis and reporting of campaigns (Ad operation/ trafficking/campaign management). This will include tried and tested experience in executing complex & effective paid social brand and acquisition and digital experience within a high focused display video and social environment.
You'll have an excellent technical understanding of social media advertising platforms and experience in audience management, prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
As the ideal candidate: -
You will be proficient in a second/third language and have experience working with AppsFlyer or other mobile tracking technologies and ideally have gaming industry experience.
