Why do we need you:

We are looking for a person, who will undertake extensive reporting of performance data within the Operations department, utilizing all available data sources to ensure that high standards are met in accordance with our internal processes and policies. In addition you will utilize the results to make observations and recommendations to improve overall performance and critical metric scores, and to recommend areas of possible focus and improvement within our departments.

Main responsibilities:

Your goal would be to complete a portfolio of regular daily, weekly and monthly reporting, as well as ad-hoc analysis as required for our business partners. Also completing additional regular reports for Senior Managers detailing performance and scoring against set crucial metrics. You will provide recommendations and work closely with the FRPO Management team and other internal partners based on analysis results. Ideally to assist us achieving our goal by continuously look at ways to improve existing reporting using new sets of data and knowledge learnt within the role.

Who are we looking for:

A person with advanced understanding of MS Office, experience with utilising features within Excel such as creating and manipulating formulas and pivot tables. Being an Operations Analyst you need to have excellent analytical, problem solving and numeracy skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy. You should be able to work in a high-volume environment, have outstanding planning and organisational skills. It would be a big advantage if you can easily communicate ideas and results to non-technical business partners, both written and verbally, also if you have experience/desire to learn about extracting and manipulating large data sets through usage of SQL, MicroStrategy, Access, Tableau or similar.

The ideal candidate will have:

Knowledge of the online gaming industry, previous experience in Reporting and Analysis, handling own time and working towards strict deadlines and/or degree in quantitative area, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research.
