The role: Motion Graphics and 3D Design Manager
We are looking for a Motion Graphics and 3D Design Manager to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Leeds service office.
Why we need you:
You'll be involved in the management and creation of high-level Motion Graphics and 3D design conception across all areas of the business. Working with varying digital formats you will require strong skills in After Effects, Cinema4D, 3D applications and plugins. Part of this role will involve analysing briefs, helping to lead large projects from initial brief through to completion across various design disciplines.
Working collaboratively with our Creative Managers to ensure that all work is on brief and on brand, and with the Senior Manager to work to agreed timelines. You will also help to create design processes and procedures to support the business’ design requirements. Leading the Motion Graphics and 3D Design team you'll also be identifying efficiencies through analyzing work practices and feedback and keeping up to date with new technologies and innovations.
Who are we looking for:
We're looking for a hands-on designer who is able to work on high level creative concept designs whilst inspiring a team of Animated Digital Designers. You’ll have advanced knowledge of 3D design, Cinema 4D and other 3D applications and strong interpersonal skills to provide mentorship and feedback to your team. The Stars Group are always looking for creative way to improve our products, services and processes so you’ll use best practice and knowledge to problem solve and create strong lines of communication with various business areas.
Being part of an internal design team, you will be involved in creating graphics and promotions for the business. Our promotions are often event specific, so jobs can be very time sensitive and require strong organisational and time management skills.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Knowledge or interest of Poker, Online Poker, Online Casino and Sports-betting industries.
