The role: Mobile Developer

As the Junior Mobile Application Developer, you will help develop innovative Free to Play mobile games that are enjoyed by millions of players all over the world. You will work with talented teams who have a proven track record of delivering best of breed software for the online sports market.

You will work with our award-winning UI/UX teams to create best of breed sports products for current and future audiences. Your applications will help engage an audience and bring to life a true second screen experience.  

This role will work with our Product Development and Graphics/UI design teams to take highly creative UI/UX design concepts and implement them into industry leading client software.

Why we need you:

You will be helping to develop mobile gaming applications across a diverse set of mobile technologies focusing on our Free to Play platform.

Quality is one of our top priorities, therefore, you will work closely with the QA team and creative directors. You will contribute to planning and prioritization of development activities and provide technical estimates.

We are ramping up our team in Austin and are looking for highly motivated individuals who are ready to learn new skills and technologies.

Who are we looking for:

You are a mobile developer with 3-4 years of Android/iOS experience. You will have an understanding of fundamental Computer Science concepts such as: OOP, data structures, REST based architecture, and client-server behavior. You have experience with Java, Android/iOS SDK, Objective-C, Swift, or other cross-platform mobile development SDK’s. You have experience in most or all of the following technologies:

  • Java
  • Swift
  • Objective-C
  • Android/iOS SDK
  • JSON
  • REST
  • Websockets
  • Corona

And of course, a solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns and data driven development.
