The role: Merchandising Coordinator

We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join our team based in our Bulgaria service office.

Why we need you:-

We are seeking a hardworking, upbeat and highly motivated Merchandising Coordinator to join our Customer Loyalty Team.

Reporting to our Senior Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our merchandising activities. You will be key in processing and managing orders and verifying the accuracy of the information provided. You'll help manage our internal order mail box queries and process internal merchandise requests. You’ll perform order dispatch and inventory monitoring activities and act as an escalation point for queries, working closely with our third-party fulfillment agency.

Who are we looking for:-

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a positive, can-do attitude who is able to demonstrate an eagerness to learn and possesses strong attention to detail. You will need the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines to deal with the variety this role has to offer. You will be a deadline driven and results focused individual with excellent written and verbal English language skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience within a customer service and/or online retail marketing environment with knowledge of customer loyalty programmes.
