The role: Media Operations Manager

Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a talented, energetic and highly motivated Media Operations Manager to handle the daily operations and workflow for the Performance Marketing Team, with a focus on leading and delivering successful projects and campaigns of varying types and complexity.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-pace, always-changing environment, easily adaptable and has a deep understanding of the dynamics of media to be responsible for:-
- Development and continuous improvement of a robust Project Management Framework used within the Performance Marketing Team to deliver success projects and campaigns of varying types and complexity.
- Managing the Campaign Team who handle the execution and day to day management of the Group’s approved big campaigns by vertical.
- Successful delivery of approved campaigns, including the creation of specific measurable outcomes for each in terms of output with other teams, own KPIs and business objectives.
Working with all digital teams and project teams to ensure an integrated 360 approach is being adhered too, where appropriate. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments to establish a clearly defined workflow and partner with cross-functional teams to build the right operational process.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Extensive marketing and project management background. Previous experience within the online gaming industry and a knowledge of our products would be desirable.
We are looking for someone who is well organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise key projects and campaigns. Strong communication skills are also vital.
You must also have team management experience in order to drive and manage the Digital Campaigns Team.
