The role: Marketing and Community Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing and Community Coordinator to join our dynamic Social Gaming team in Bulgaria office.

Why we need you:-

We are looking for a talented individual whose skillset is a fluent mix of social community management and marketing coordination. You will work closely with the creative team and head of product to formulate the department’s vision around key initiatives as social community coordination (Facebook, Instagram, App Stores etc). Sales, CRM and VIP campaign coordination and CRM lifecycles.

Your role is to help formulate the overall narrative and positioning of Jackpot Poker (JPP) to players. You will coordinate with the creative team and play a key role in supporting the Social calendar. You will also work hand-in-hand with the product management, development, project management and sales teams to help shape and communicate the JPP narrative to grow social gaming worldwide.

In addition, you will support the Project Manager with various tasks such as managing relationships with the slot development partners and other 3rd party vendors. You will also act as the player’s voice within the team to highlight player pains.

Who are we looking for:-

We are looking for an individual with strong marketing skills and experience with a passion for social games, poker and casino. You will need excellent writing ability and strong storytelling skills, as well as the ability to write clear and compelling copy for the website, the press, and other outlets. Enthusiasm for a fast-changing environment and the ability to own projects from start to finish and a deep curiosity about free-to-play games and our customers.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Qualifications in business, marketing, or statistics and experience with app store optimization (ASO) and/or knowledge of SCRUM and Agile project management would be desirable. Experience in creating Personas and User Stories would be helpful.
