The role: Marketing Delivery Manager

Why we need you: -
We need you to oversee production planning for marketing campaigns for our key promotional and product initiatives across various teams. You will be responsible for managing complex marketing campaigns across Poker, Casino and Sports.
Working closely with our Brand Marketing Managers and Group Marketing experts, you will help to shape campaign outlines, while ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and budgets. You will oversee marketing delivery initiatives, and in close collaboration with marketing teams will produce detailed campaign outlines to guide production and launch.
A key responsibility will be to align marketing resources to deliver campaigns as required, managing marketing production teams responsible for briefing, trafficking, and coordinating campaign assets. You will oversee the operation and execution of multiple campaigns to support the optimisation of those campaigns. Providing expertise in post-campaign reviews and analysis, and ensure learnings are applied appropriately in subsequent initiatives.
Who are we looking for: -
You should have experience in marketing and/or promotions, preferably within the online gaming industry. We are looking for a marketing professional with strong project management experience and understanding of digital advertising formats and performance within the marketing funnel and the digital ecosystem. You will need previous experience leading a marketing team and be used to working to execute and get things done, translating vision into action and effective progress towards permanent improvement.
You will need to be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business requirements, as well as possessing strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
