Working in this team, you'll be responsible for delivering:-

  • a relentless pace and volume of campaigns to keep up with live sport
  • Marketing plans across the full range of marketing channels
  • A strong messaging platform communicating to a highly engaged audience around their #1 passion - live sport

The role:-

Reporting to our Marketing Strategy & Planning Director and you will have responsibility for the overall development and execution of the research strategy, and management all research agencies – a completely greenfield opportunity to stamp your mark.

Your job is to keep our customers happy, and to understand what it takes to make the ones we don’t yet have try us. It’s not enough to know what our customers want – our job is only done once the business understands that, and delivers what they’re looking for. Day-to-day, you’ll work with all teams as well as managing agencies and setting the agenda for our sportsbook, free-to-play games and campaigns.

You’ll have to juggle multiple projects, for multiple stakeholders, who all need to hear what you have to say. In return, you get to see your recommendations turned into products, offers, and advertising enjoyed by millions of people every week. You will deliver a research program which understands the market we operate in, and keeps us ahead of the competition.

You’ll know what our customers want, how they want us to deliver it, and you’ll make sure these messages are at the forefront of our commercial thinking, our product development road map, and develop our free-to-play games.

This is a role for an experienced researcher who wants to be the centre of attention, with multiple demands on their time, expertise and opinion.

Who are we looking for:-

We are looking for 3-5 years of professional experience as a research analysis (or similar). You’ll need a strong understanding of research, data analytics and gaining insight.

Experience of marketing and /or social media data and analytics as well as data visualization, reporting and insight presenting experience is ideal.

You’ll need a full range of research skills – and you’ll work with your team to decide which approach will work best for each project you tackle.
