Lead Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a lead technical program manager to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Richmond Hill, Toronto Office.

Why we need you:

You will be managing the overall technological roadmap across the Group’s global technology delivery function. The role will sit with the core technology leaders and their teams mainly based in Toronto’s Richmond Hill office. You will have a comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in managing and acquiring international gaming licenses with a focus on European licensing applications. It’s imperative that you have an in-depth understanding of compliance with security requirements and standards, regulatory reporting, and experience in working with the industry regulators.

Who are we looking for:

You’ll be providing technical leadership in handling all aspects of the technological roadmap along with gathering and creating roadmap requirements and specifications specifically relating to international gaming license applications. Proven technical program management experience within the online gaming sector is important.

You will be responsible for initiating programs, following their progress, and serving as a support provider as technical issues arise. You will develop action items within effective schedules the ensure successful completion of technical aspects associated with numerous licence applications across Europe and track any technical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner to ensure compliance with security requirements and standards. A comprehensive experience in working with European based online gaming industry regulators is critical. A deep understanding of regulatory reporting with the online gaming industry is also needed.

You will be communicating roadmap status and suggest changes to improve efficiency so consistent track record of delivering complex roadmaps across multiple verticals and jurisdictions on time and within budget along with good communication skills in English is essential.

You will be proposing solutions to technical constraints relating to regulatory reporting requirements and providing your expertise for raised quality problems as well as anticipating bottlenecks affecting successful roadmap delivery. With that in mind, you’ll have the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business and translate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

You’ll be regularly participating in meetings with technical leaders to present roadmap progress, and share information with the executive committee so a solid technical understanding of computer infrastructure and systems administration is essential as is being self-motivated with the ability to overcome obstacles and tolerate stress of a fast-paced environment.
