The role: Lead Designer

Why we need you: -
As a Lead Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering exciting, high-profile projects. Working closely with the Design Manager & Creative Manager, you’ll be responsible for concepts across multiple verticals and all mediums as requested by internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is on brief, maintains the brand image and is executed within the timelines.
You will become an integral part of the design team and help the Design Manager build and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders for Poker. You will be responsible for creating concepts and visual identities for campaigns/promotions, as directed by Design Manager or the Creative Manager. This may include occasionally working across other brands or disciplines. You will create digital graphics for campaigns/promotions across websites, social media and product as requested by internal stakeholders.
As part of your role, you will work to assist the Design Manager in building and maintaining high level working relationships and services and when requested, in building and refining robust procedures. You will source, download and retouch stock images for use in promotional graphics and social Media, liaising with Poker and Social Media teams.
Who are we looking for: -
We are looking for a self-motivated and experience Lead Designer who takes a collaborative approach to design and ensures all work is on brief, on brand and within timelines to champion the brand.
You should have a relevant degree / diploma in design or equivalent combination of education /experience and advanced knowledge of Adobe CS5 software on Mac platform. You will need excellent typographic skills and be used to working in a fast-paced environment within established processes and strong brand guidelines.
You should have a demonstrable understanding of and experience in, online and offline design to be able to undertake this role. You’ll need strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an adaptable and positive attitude as well as good problem solving skills.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Knowledge or interest of Poker, Online Poker industries. Experience in other creative disciplines (Illustration, Animation, 3D) – we have teams that specialise in these areas but the ability to consult with them or work with them on projects would be beneficial.
