We are looking for a Junior Test Automation Developer to join our fast-growing diverse team based in Bulgaria service office.
Why we need you:
You, as part of the Web Framework Development Team at The Stars Group Sofia, will be joining a dynamic, exciting Agile environment, working as a key part of a Globally Distributed Development unit. As a Junior Test Automation Developer, you will work in a functional team that leads and delivers Software Development projects, ensuring deployments run smoothly and efficiently and regressions are a rarity.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain automation tests, but also to analyze automated test failures and raise to respective development teams. Your role is very significant because you will debug and investigate software failures.
As part of your daily basic responsibilities will be to gather testing requirements from QA analysts and product owners and to keep close working relation with QA analysts and software developers.
You need to be a multitasking person and open for communications. We are working with Scrum, so your attendance in daily stand-up meetings is essential – there you can communicate all issues, status and progress that you and your team is facing.
Who are we looking for:
Skillful and sharp-minded Junior Test Automation Developer who have about a year (or more) experience in Test Automation! We would like to see in you strong motivation and eagerness for development. You should be easy-going person, who can handle well constructive feedback and to aim for improvement.
You should have excellent organizational and time management skills and to have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to have initiative and innovative thinking. It is important to have a relevant technical education.
It is essential for you to have good experience in Java and knowledge in SQL. We are looking for someone with experience with Source Version Control Systems (Git).
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Knowledge of testing methodologies.
- Experience with Selenium.
- Experience with JIRA and Xray.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with BDD.
- Experience with TestNG
- Experience with Appium
