The role: Junior Accounts Payable Administrator
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Administrator to join our busy and dynamic Accounts team in our Isle of Man office.
Why we need you:-
You will have ownership of the processing of purchase orders into the computerised accounts system and matching of invoices and purchase orders to ensure efficient running of the process. You’ll be required to reconcile supplier statements, investigate and correct discrepancies.
The sorting and allocation of bank payments as well as, the monitoring of incoming e-mails and actioning these accordingly is an important part of this role.
Who are we looking for:-
You will have at least 5 GCSE’s C or above including Maths and good interpersonal skills with a strong customer services focus. A need to have good computer skills and have worked with Excel before is important, as is your ability to understand multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional payments and VAT processing. You are also required to have good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:-
Previous office administration and/or payments experience are desirable.
