The role: Infrastructure Service Manager
We are looking for an Infrastructure Service Manager to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Isle of Man service office.

Who are we looking for: -
You`ll be accountable for all Service Management activities throughout the whole service lifecycle including strategy, design, transition, operations and continual service improvement and mentoring the department on best practice. You will operate within an Agile Delivery methodology with a high velocity of change whilst maintaining service stability.
In an agile way, using and evolving our in-house frameworks, you`ll work directly as a link between our technical teams and the wider business. You`ll identify and build strong long-term internal customer relationships and comprehensive stakeholder management. You`ll lead the teams on vendor & partner management, taking ownership of the service aspects of these relationships and driving continuous improvement. You`ll work across tribes and business units to drive stability and service excellence.
You`ll lead on incident, problem, change and configuration management standards and implementation. You`ll manage and facilitate data-driven business outcomes for our internal products. You`ll take a leading role in evolving our Infrastructure service strategy and setting the focus. You`ll maintain and lead our service improvement roadmaps and initiatives. You`ll bring together technical teams around service objectives to deliver continuous improvements, mentoring them and raising the bar for our products. You`ll drive and be accountable for compliance, controls and risk management on our services. You`ll mentor, coach and lead a small team as required.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
It`ll be an advantage if you have a keen interest in online poker, sports betting and/or casino.
