IT Regional Support Analyst

Job Purpose

To provide an excellent level of IT support to the local regional office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing IT service and technical support to the local office and other locations as required
  • Perform endpoint software and hardware servicing and support
  • Ownership of jobs assigned and keeping customers up to date
  • Recording all work and actions in, and maintenance of, the LANDesk Service Desk system
  • Occasional travel to provide IT support at global live events.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Relevant experience gained in a similar role within an IT environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and IT service skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Available for out of hours’ work
  • Ability to prioritise and work within tight time scales in order to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter able to make progress with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player that is mindful of attention to detail
  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows 7 and Apple Mac devices in a Windows Server domain environment
  • Experience in supporting personal IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, tablets, smartphones and other peripherals
  • Strong problem, analytical and solving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and seek support/guidance when appropriate
  • Good understanding of IT Security fundamentals
  • Ability to travel to global live events to provide IT support.


  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Knowledge of IT networking and communication protocols and solutions
  • Working with virtual environments such as VDI
  • Experience with Asterisk PBX
  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 in a Windows Server domain environment
  • Available for on-call work.
